Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a LED TV(KLV-32R402A) SER NO-4319515 on 09 Sep 2013 and it was installed on 20 Sep 13.From the date of installation it is not working properly. I had complaint about it on 24 Sep 13 and 02 Oct 13 and many more complaint dated -12 Oct 13,17 Oct 13,22 Oct 13.After the twenty days of initial complain service centre send their engineer (Anil).As per engineer there is many problem in my LED TV which can not be repair and it need to be replaced. I contacted to Service centre as well as customer care or Regional Manager(Mrs Soma Bose),Service Head many time regarding replacement.After 29 days I did not receive any call or mail from Sony India and Dealer(Service Station) while I have been forwarded numbers of mail and complaint to company. You are requested to take strong action against company and their dealer or service centre at the earliest and order to refund me the amount of purchase.
