Sony India – Service Center Rejected Claim

Service center rejected my claim of accidental damage repair (somewhere between 25 june to 10 july) of phone giving absurd reasons while my 6 months of claim period (27 jan- 26 july, 2014) were not over. after constant complaining to higher authority it accepted my phone but till then my 6 months of warranty were over. still they accepted it(18/08/2014) assuring me that they will get it repaired but later they again rejected saying it is out of warranty period. also i came to know it only when i called them(17/09/2014).total fault lies with the service center for rejecting my phone in the first instance, while they accepted it later when i threatened them with consumer forum complaint. also it has been almost a month since my phone is lying with them. and they have not communicated with me latest update till i called them. and they are rejecting all my claims.

i want my phone to be repaired by them free of cost. and get all my claims accepted without any ifs and buts. i have communicated with them all my claims and i want all of them to be accepted.
