Dear sir/Madam, I am attaching the e-mail copy of complainant which i communicated with Sony India team. Dear Mr,/Ms, Sony I have bought the Sony TV (HX750) in the month of april 2013 , After one week I have started using additional features provided along with the TV , Like playing movie online , Sync with android mobile etc . Here is my experience with brand new TV. 1. As a normal end user I have excitement to play brand new movie with HD quality in my 32 inch HD tv : I started the movie from an external hard disc with file and format as mentioned in the manual, the movie is playing very nice good clarity sound effects everything is fine . After half of the movie I paused for a break came back after 10-15 min , and I started the movie again , the movie started playing from the start : ? I called customer care on April 2nd or 3rd week and I explained the problem. ? The very first answer from them is TV will not support more than 2 GB external USB/memory card (Which latest movie is available in 2GB size with HD quality – any movie like awatar – size 36GB, TAAL – 8GB, Hudugaru – 8GB) ? After some days one more person called me (Service technician/installation team) – He straight away told me that sony TV will not other brand USB device he aske me to buy the sony USB device to solve this issue. ? After so many days nearly 9 weeks no further update on this problem – I called to customer care again and explained them that this problem still exist along with some more problem . One person promised me to make the ticket high priority and send some executive to my home and he will fix the problem. ? As stated one person arrived to my home and I shown him the existing problems and tried to updated the TV software and finally didn’t happen. He wasted my 2 hours and his own too. He finally said I will come back to u within 2 days But didn’t turned up ? So I called again customer care explained the story what happed they started transferring the calls from one department to others nearly 45 min no solution or coclusion. ? This story repeated for 3 times , no solution provided. ? Finally yesterday one more technical person came to my home with blind knowledge abt the problem and spen again 2 hours to understand the exiting problem , finally he also said that he is not able to update the software . ? Interesting thing he mentioned that He suspects the complete mother/main board is problem – he wants to replace the mother board and he said he will come tome after one /2 days – I am pretty sure that he will not come again ? I hope this problem continues until my warranty period is over and finally they will tell me to by new tv of same sony brand. 2. The list of other problem which I faced during my regular explore of new features ? If want to sync between TV and Samsung android mobile via wifi- direct mode – this will not connecting all the time some times works and some times not ? PlaytoSony this android
My expectations – Stop selling the bad quality products into Indian markets. we are not any more cheap customers compared any other countries in the world – Call back the all the TVs of LED-SMART TVs sold in the market. – I except the compensation of Rupees – 19999999.00 /- Note : This compensation is to teach any foreign company who wants to sell their products into Indian market. We welcome good quality product for the price what we pay for.
