Sony India – TV repair within guarantee issue

I had purchased a TV on 7th April, 2013 (the purchase slip is attached). The tv was installed on 9th April, 2013 (installation no : J30602435). I was charged an installation fee of Rs. 2500/- and not given any receipt for the same. The TV had a problem which was reported and a complaint number issued to me as mentioned above. After repeated calls to the toll free number now I am told that the panel is not available and nothing can be done. The TV is still under warranty and needs to be replaced or repaired. The local engineer did not give me any job card and did not offer any solutions. Please let me know on the action plan so that I can take necessary steps accordingly. I am very unhappy with the level of after sales service from Sony and forced to approach a consumer forum to seek help.

I want the TV repaired or completely changed. The TV is still under guarantee and hence they are obliged to do the needfull.
