Recently I purchased SONY KDL47W800A TV on the evening of July 13th 2013 for RS 93,000 after going through the specification and features given in their website. After couple of day’s usage, I found this TV has trouble handling dark scenes and visible line structure with 3D. It’s pathetic to watch a HD movie in dark. I regret that I ended up paying so much for this. Today, I request SONY authorities to provide me an exchange with another model. I will pay the extra cost whatever applies. In the first place, I wonder how a company like SONY can promote such a pathetic TV to their trusted customers. Please help me in this regard.
