We had purchased Sony LED TV @ Rs 32,900/- model-32 E x 330, s.no- 3259995 date of purchase- 15/10/12. by a well known dealer of Shyam Enterprises Bhilai (c.G) The TV is now showing some sort of problems while watching tv it gets turn off and on automatically on its own the volume reaches to its maximum and minimum level and we are not able to control it with our remote. it even switches to different modes automatically which causes a lot of disturbances. we called a technician and he explained to us that the control board given in TV is not functioning normally and need to be replaced and the cost of replacement is high. we asked our dealer for the replacement but he refused and even technician charges are paid by us.

We thought Sony is a well known popularized company and switched to Sony TV this kind of fault was not expected I’m highly disappointed. we have never interfere with the TV’s control board and still its showing such kind of faults that means there is some system default. i want the control board to be replaced by the dealer or the Sony company by itself free of cost, I’m switching to this legal step i will appreciate if my problem is solved by consumer forum earliest.
