Sony Mobile Handset – Review by Sony customer over Decade

I am a hardcore Sony fan and using Sony mobile from the last 14 years. But everytime I purchase a new mobile, it works for 1-2 years and after that a problem occurs which costs almost equal to the present cost of handset. It has happened with every set and everytime I thought that it will never happen again and purchased the next set of Sony. But this time is height, I purchased Xperia -S 1 and a half year back. It was working wonderfully with the name & fame of Sony. Suddenly six months back it started showing typical Sony sign and some trembling on screen started. I visited Noida sec-18 service centre, they told me to change the touch worth Rs. 11000/-. I felt like somebody screwd me up. I had no such money so I give up the thought to repair.

After 1 month everything was alright. Handset was working properly. But 1 month back from now it again started showing the same display trembling etc. Today I visited authorised Sony service centre Rai & Sons Sec-47C Chandigarh. They also told me the same problem & same solution of Rs. 11000/- etc. I request them to kindly check it properly then they kept it and gave me MAR no. 9695 with region /ASP code 003F6. It was such a horror story, a harassment mentally & financially using Sony mobile and that too everytime with every handset. Now I request you to kindly do something for me out of the way to maintain my faith in Sony which is there from the last 15 years. Regards,
