Sony Mobile Phone Touch Screen Problems Not Solved

I have brought my Sony Touch Smartphone on 19/11/2013 After a day my phone’s touch was not working when i connect it to the charger. After a day i have gone to the service center they took my phone on that day and returned a new phone of same model on 2/12/13. That phone was also having the same problem so i have again gave the phone to the service center on the next day. Months have been passed and still they are not able to return me a new handset.

I have called to the service center 100 times they all say your new phone will return in 4-5 days but still on this day 15/1/2014 they are not able to return the phone. And saying your phone is under process and will be delivered in few days. they say it every time i call them. I have not even used my phone for a single day. I brought the phone for Rs. 21,600 This is the JOB SHEET NUMBER they gave me. d113120700701 This is the phone number they told me to contact when i want to ask about my phone. 9044723322 They are not giving my phone they are not giving my money back they are not able to do anything.

I want a full compensation for the delay and i want my money back. Or another model of Sony Xperia but not SP because i don’t want do go again if the handset will again malfunction. Tell me what should i do?
