I have bought a new Sony mobile D5322 on 15th April 2014 from M/s Laxmi Watch & Radio House, Bhopal, soon after 5 days due to some technical fault the mobile goes out of order, hence I have submit the same to M/s Prompt Services, GF-10 Block-B, Mansarovar Complex, Bhopal on 21st April 2014, for replacing the set. After so many reminders and visits I still not get the replaced set neither they are communicating the current position of the complain.

I want my set to be replaced.
