I have ordered a Sony PlayStation 2 for my wife as a birthday gift for 28-10-2013. I paid for the order immediately and an email confirming the same has been sent( attached) and after 6 days I got an email that they are out of stock and needed few more days. I called up customer care and there was no help and I requested for a supervisor but I was put on a long hold and then the agent disconnected the call. Also, they promised me a call back and I have never heard from them. I finally managed to cancel the order 2 days from my wife’s birthday and now I am clueless. I am being mentally harassed with false promise. Why was the product listed when it was not with them? Why was I not informed the next day so that I could have made alternate arrangements?Why was the payment taken?
Monetary compensation for the mental/emotional suffering, waste of time and bad service I received from them.
