We bought a lcd tv of sony brand model no CX3050 which had some problem.Complaint registered in service center has sent a person who has asked for bill and told that bill give us fee wavier of the service.my mother was bent well and we were busy house shifting asked him some time to find out the bill.after the bill was found they r asking us to pay 6000 rupees to get it repaired and when the tv is taken to service center the people over there very cheaply spoke with my dad saying that “for just the hell of 30,000 rupees how many years do u expect the tv to work?” they didn’t event treat my dad with respect and were very rude.i have lodged a complaint to the head office about this but no action has been taken.need justice regarding this issue.
I want this bajaj electronics dealer who acts pretty before we buy a product and behaves rude after we bought to apologist to my dad and take responsibility of the product repairing and also delivery to my home. we want the person in service center who was rude to the customer to apologies my dad. and we want our tv back with proper repair . and i will make this an issue in the internet saying the negligence of dealer and also sony service center and head office complaints department.
