sir i have given mobile at service center jammu on 9 aug 2013 job no is W113080901497 and i have visited several times there for taht but they are telling same we dont have any parts available here . plz lodge a complaint against the same i will be thank full to you till date neither i am getting mobile nor they are telling any resolution or repairing .

i want my mobile in good condition by repairing it or they have to give a new mobile . as
