Hi Have purchase a sony TV in May 2013 on installment, Installation is done by Sony Engineer In Nov. 2013 one day when my family is watching TV in day time suddenly screen of TV get broken and we have here a Noise from it, then there was some mark lining on the screen of TV, complement of the same we have launch on sony call center on 14 Nov. My Complaint No. 16645041, after so many followup an service engineer has come to my residence and even with out checking any details he blame us that we have broken the TV, how ever there is no mark on screen for any physical damage, when i escalated the case to sony the engineer has come again and taken some snap of tv and gone back, with out any resolution and he inform us that your tv will go to service center for rearing no any written report he has given to us, when i have done a follow up then i come to know that sony has declared that this is a phisical damage case and they have asked for inr 8300 Payment, here my question is when we are sating that we not done any physical damage to tv and it was broken due some quality issue, no one is even listening us when i have escalated to service head of sony i got the same letter saying that this is a phusical damage only again i have written them that kindly explain me how it is a physical damage no one has till date revert me, mu tv is with one year warranty and sony is not repairing the TV
Want replacement of TV with one year warranty.
