I purchased a Sony vaio laptop 14 months ago in August 2014. The same was not working fine since the date of purchase. I have already made a complaint against it several times but yet no permanent solution has been provided .There were issues in the display which got changed then the battery was replaced last month. Apart from this there were various performance issues and I regularly made complaints regarding that . The same can be verified in your system using my contact no. Now 10 days ago the keyboard stopped working and there is an issue with the Graphics Card. please suggest how can I get rid of this machine I am really frustrated with my laptop. I made a complaint about it and the customer care executive asked me to make a complaint about it . Please either get my laptop replaced or refund my money.
