I purchased Sony Xperia C on 5th Nov’2013 but start using it after 3-4 days due to usage of Micro Sim. At very first day i start realizing 1 problem which i think might be due to some settings, I went to CROMA RETAIL also from where I purchased to check its settings, but no resolution came out. After using for 2-3 days i realized more problems in it. For that I mailed my problems on 12th Nov’2013 at questions.in@support.sonymobile.com, Next day they replied to install an application for checking which i did but none of my problems get resolved. I again revert back on 18th Nov’2013 saying my problems is still same. They replied i need to submit my phone for repairing at any Service Center, which i did on 25th Nov’2013. After taking it till now (Almost 50 Days) neither Service Center people pick up phone nor they replying through Mails. Even I visited 3-4 times, everytime they say it will take another 2-3 days. I remember one time they say phone is still not in perfect condition but if required we can give you phone. I just don’t understand what the point of buying New phone of Branded company which is defected since on very first day of opening the sealed box. I Din’t spent money for their R&D. Please help me out.
I Want my money back with Screen guard (already with them) & Back cover (with me but its of no use for me, as each model have different back cover) amount that i spent, with extra amount because Everytime I visited their Service Center I had to take Leave from my office due to that my reputation and Salary both effected.
