Dear Sir. I purchased E5363 (SONY XPERIA C4) BATCH 35219607 1110886 on 09.01.2016 After two month its create problem regarding touch and i contact with service center and the receive my set and inform me the change the touch screen and set is ok After two month its create same problem but now service center inform sim_pin of the second slot is broken and warranty not applicable. But question is, set is not ok from the beginning and manufacturing defect is there, so how a multinational company like SONY ignore the responsibility. Thanks and regards Arunabha paul
