i have purchased sony xperia M series mobile on 30-4-2014, after 15 days my camera started giving problem, the photos clicked by camera were blurred, i went to sony service center, they told me that camera is fine just need to update mobile software, later camera worked properly but within 15 days same problem occurred, again i went to service center, they replied me the same as previous and did same process again. since last 6 month my camera is giving blurred images and the service center guy are not ready to accept that camera is faulty . they are just ignoring me and repeating same process again and again, since last 6 months i have to visit the service center after 15 days but the service center guys hardly care to listen to me. they are not able to fix the problem.

i want my cellphone replaced as the camera is defective, or else i want my money back which i paid for my mobile that is 13490 rs
