i had submitted my device under accidental warranty provided by the sony xperia for my sony xperia z1 on 1st december i was promised a replacement by 15 days anyhow after numerous calls and visits to service center my warranty was declined and due to inefficiency by the firm it has been a month i have not been provided by the replacement my mobile imei-358094051227032 my mobile number registered-9699263646
i want extended warranty for the product as part of the loss and minimum pay of about 20000 for the losses i faced and of the time i wasted on getting the replacement
