We had purchased “Deal 25: Brand New Original Sony Xperia Z1 – Water Resistant – Black (ID- 161340380564) ” from Ebay in the month of Jun, on the name of Swati Safesecure Equipments Pvt. Ltd. as gift to client. But the material was faulty , we had send the replace request on site. We are not getting any appropriate response from the seller ,we are highly disappointed with the EBAY/Sony in this regards. ATTACHED : PURCHASE MAIL CONFIRMATION FROM EBAY.

It has created bad reputation of the company , as it was a gift for a client! It will create bad image in front of client as we are Company. We cannot trust EBAY for buying any products in future and very poor response/service. As per EBAY, we have to contact to seller, poor/No response from the Seller- Bangalore (Sony service center). We are thwarted.
