I had bought a sony xperia m mobile on 26-10-2013 from Croma Store at Kothrud,Pune. (Sl number 1274-1963.3, IMEI 358096052484041). The phone suddenly went dead ( I could not see anything on the screen) on around 17 ~ 18 Nov, I could only take the mobile to the sony experia repair store at Mhatre pul, Pune (Aaradhya enterprises) till 21 Nov 2013 I called the call centre to check the status after a week and I was informed that the motherboard needs to change and the parts were shipped to the store. I visited the store again after a week, but I was informed that the mobile is not ready and the mother board that had come was faulty !!!!! I said ok and visited the store on 14 Dec 2013. I was handed the mobile, But it was not charged. I could not check the mobile at the store. I took the mobile home and charged it. I was surprised to see the touch pad was not working!!!. I am not sure how could the technician hand over the mobile without the basic checks. I took the mobile back to the store for repair on 14 Dec 2013. I again called up the call centre (nobody answers the phone at the repair store) on 18 Dec 2013 and I was informed the spare parts were with the repair store and I should get the mobile back by evening. I visited the repair store again on 21 Dec and I was shocked to get the answer that the mobile is not ready. It had been exactly a month that the mobile is still with the repair store. The representative informed that surely by monday we will deliver the mobile. I again visited the repair store on 23 Dec and again I was told that the mobile was not ready.
If there has been so many problems with the handset, I demand that a new handset be given to me.
