I purchased sony xperia z2 from thrissur on october 31 2014.it got heating problem and i went to sony service center.they said they will replace the phone.i said ok because i thought they are going replace with a new phone.but they replace with old set.and it got same heating problem.then i called the sony customer care.they said its their they cant give it back my old set or new phone.only they can do is giving me another old set.i want new handset as replacement not old one. Sony complaint no.w115021603411

I want new handset as replacement not a refurbished one.
