I have ordered one sony xperia tipo dual mobile phone with order no-10380578 from www.timtara.com on 02 jan 13 & paid 8490 rupee,they promise to deliver it in 21 days but i didn’t get yet,than i applied for order cancellation on 12 feb 13,but haven’t got my refund.i have called their customer care for around 100 times,but they used to give false statement about refund,& i haven’t get any refund & now their customer care phone number is not working or they are not picking it up

after placing my order i have called them around 100 time ,n mailed them via sitting in cyber cafe,this all made expenditure of around 3000 , & the harassment that i suffered from is costliest.

i want my money back with interest from the day transaction made , the money loss of 3000 rupee that i had because of phone calls & cyber cafe & harassment should be charged from them with my refund.
