I purchased the Mobile bearing Model Sony Xperia C3 from Croma Faridabad in October 2014. but I get the fault like Back Camera not Clear, On & Off key problem, heating problem from day one. In this regard I visited in croma and told the problem to concern person, then he advise that sony is a very bad company and Samsung is Best so you should take samsung. after listing this word I met with Ass. Sales Manager (Sahzad) he advise me that plz visit to Service Centre. After that I gone to Sai Electronics and Deposite my Cell Phone on 13.02.15 having Job no. W115021300307. They Wrote every problem in Job Card. Today (26.02.2015) I gone to take my phone at SAI Electronis around 10.45 AM then I meet with Minakshi and Sonu, Minakshi told that “camera Iska Aise hi rahega thik nahi hoga aapko cell phone dekh k lena chahiye tha” like totally refused/misbehave. and After this word I met with Sonu (Head of SAI Electronics) and told him he also replied me that ” Jo Aapko karna hai wo kar lo ham aapko phone aise hi wapas denge” so he also refused/misbehave. I came back along with the Job Card (Not taken Cell Phone) So lastly I am writing to you for a Necessary action as soon as possible.

I want Justice, who have abused/missbehave/threatened to me. So lastly I complaining you due to I make several time call and email to registered Email ID and Call Centre No. but still no any one has took the action.
