Sony xperia neol mobile – poor service from service centre

i bought a sony xperia neol mobile rediff, the sender was sirconia, after a one month use it become dead. i sent it to the sirconia service center mumbai, it was provided with 1 year warranty. they could not fix the problem. and they send it back to me. and told me they will refund it, but they dint do that.

i got a loss of 11663 rupees.. i use the mobile only for one month..

i need a new mobile or refund of the amount
