Sony Xperia – no power and display was damaged

W114042802248 IMEI no. 355810054398345 I am very disappointed to inform you that on 2nd May, 2014 I had submitted my Sony Xperia SP(C5302) handset to Sony Service Center at NEOSA ELECTRONICS (P) LTD. S.P. MUKHERJEE ROAD, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL. My compliant of my the handset was no power and display was damaged. At the time of submission they told me that it will take 4 to 5 days. But today is 19th May and still I didn’t get any response from the service center. And whenever I call them they just give me new phone number to contact. But when I call to the new number they don’t receive my phone call and after 4 to 5 hours they receive and keep my phone on hold, after so they just tell me that my handset was still under investigation. They told me that they had requested for approval to change my handset display to Sony. I urge you to lodge my complaint against them. As the kind of service they are providing is very disappointing. They are rudely saying that you can complain to Sony. And my cell phone was covered under accidental damage policy.

I want a replaced brand new Sony Xperia SP and compensation of Rs 5 lacs as they are not responding whether they will give my phone in good condition or not and they are not behaving properly.
