My complaint is that i have bought Sony xperia L on 1st of January and the time i started using it,there are so many technical problems in it for ex- “R” sign always on the networks even if i am not in roaming and the other one is there is red light which blinks when we receive a call but in my case its always on do not why?i have talked to sony xperia team they were like update the phone,repair the software etc i have done everything but have not got any solution yet, there are just telling anything without any proper solution now i would like to raise a complaint against them.

I want Sony India to apologise for this and compensate me for this problematic phone which has so many technical problems.
