I have purchased Sony xperia sola ( M27i ) on 10/05/2013. I faced the first problem on third day of its purchase (volume button was not working and network problem ) , but I was not aware about service center/replacement options at that time , so I approached the showroom they diverted me to service center .. During my first service my mother board got replaced by your service center. From that day onwards I’m receiving many number of problems in my mobile, I had no other options rather than keeping the fault mobile for next 8 months. At final , two weeks before my mobile was not getting switched on . so I brought in to your service center to rectify this issue.
But for the second time also your people changed the mother board and battery Due to this kind of major issue I asked your service center to replace the fault mobile , but they strongly refused with the reason of ” replacement is not available for my mobile model” Than I raised a complaint in your customer care Mr.ram naidu attend my complaint and refused my replacement request with the same reason … I want to know why you don’t have options to replace your fault model mobile.??.. Will customer is liable for your mistakes ? I had a worst experience with your mobile product , even though I was your fully satisfied customer in blue ray player and smart TV . . Today I have given my mobile to your service with the problem of touch screen not working… Job sheet number : W114031904091 Why …. Why your people not ready to listen my issue.. if you not ready to resolve than let me know the place where i can get my judgment… What is the end for this continuous problem… I am no longer ready to run my life with your fault mobile..
