I had purchased a mobile Xperia zr and it have some problem in charging coin’s flip cover,it is having some looseness that may be create problem in water, it is to important to be tight to save from liquid damage but customer care of Sony are not supporting me they are always saying to go service center and when I go to service center they just making me fool.

Only flip cover of charging coil is loose that May be occur liquid damage.

I want replacement of my phone with a new one
