I had visited Sony mobile customer care thrice in the last two months complaining about my phone getting hanged about 2-3 times a day. All the service centre guys (at service centre near pattom, trivandrum) did was reinstalled the software and gave the phone back to me. No receipts were provided to me regarding the service even after i made the request.

On 9-05-14 again i went there and they told me that i will have to leave the mobile to them for 4-5 days and presently no stand by mobiles are available and they will call me as soon as one is available but till date i didn’t receive any call. Its not even six months now from the date of purchase and the phone cost me around 22,000 and this is the kind of service i’m getting.

Kindly look into the matter and fix the issue ASAP.
