I went to The Mobile Store on 5th October 2013 in North Usman Road, the store form I purchased my set Sony Xperia U (IMEI No. 352266055812870) and extended warranty (EW1115613279) as the cell is working very slow and the Headphone is not working due to headset jack. They told me to go to Nelson Manickam Road store for extended warranty. In NM road store, they took more than 2 hours to accept my mobile as the Store manager and technicians were arguing with each other as they didnt knew how to process Job Sheet. At last, they gave me a manual job sheet and told me to contact next week. I have complained about this in your facebook helpdesk also, but no response. When I called them today, the person is telling that they have not yet asked for authorization and Job sheet is also not prepared till date. So, he cannot guarantee when he will give back my cell. This is the worst service I have ever seen. In the past, I have been to Sony service centre, they gave back the mobile in 2 days. I brought cell from Mobile Store to avail extended warranty. If I would have known that this kind of service I would get for extended warranty, I would have never taken it. After a week of giving my cell, The store person is telling that Headset jack is not covered under extended warranty though it is not accessory. He has not yet repaired my cell as he has not yet got approval for the same. He is asking me to go to the store from where I purchased and complain there. It is already a week over and then there would be weekend coming. I have cpmlianed to their helpdesk number and send them mail also, but I have not received any response. Kindly help !!
I want my cell to be repaired as soon as possible.
