Sony Xperia Z – mobile display internal hair line crack under warranty asking money

I bought a new Sony Xperia Z ultra from one of the showrooms in Bangalore on July 31st 2013. On 14th of January 2014 i faced a problem in the mobile. The mobile display had an internal hair line crack and i was surprised to see that without any single damage or a scratch on it.I guess it was an internal defect in the mobile because there was not even a single scratch nor a damage on it and many people are facing the similar issue. I also felt a mild shock before the screen had a damage.I was not able to operate the phone since then and i called Sony service center and registered a complaint about this issue and i got a ticket number 14011402200. I was the first person to get this mobile in Bangalore. I took my mobile to Bench mark info tech in Bangalore (Authorized Service center) and they have taken the picture of my mobile and had sent it to the respective dept. It is clearly an internal defect and not a damage which caused the screen to get a crack. One of my friend had the same issue and he got a replacement phone after 10 days without paying a single penny. Now Sony people are telling me to pay Rs 14517 for replacement though it is under warranty. Also i lost all the contacts,pictures and bank passwords.
