Sir I have purchased Xperia Z on 7th aug. and while i was driving it fallen down from my pocket and broken down now when i went to service centres they told me that i have to pay 80% of MRP and get the new phone which is not at all feasible for me.. i want that my cell phone should be replaced or repaired( which is not possible with this range..) Sir please tell me what to do all service centres are saying me to pay 80% of MRP please sir help me out….
