I had purchased “Sony Xperia Z1” on 1st Feb 2014 from “Maniac Store, Gandhinagar, Gujrat” (I attached the bill of purchase”). After using two months it gave me problem because of water damage. I was having “accidental damage cover” which could claim for any type of damage including water damage etc. (I have attached accident damage cover policy published by Sony itself) So i had contacted nearest service center for repair/replacement of product. But Service center refused my damage cover claim saying that the dealer/store from which i had purchased my mobile they are not authorized to sell sony mobile phones. So i contacted the dealer i.e. “maniac store, gandhinagar, gujrat” they said “we are authorized, ship us your mobile, we will solve your problem from our side” That’s why i gave mobile to them @10th June 2014.. Today 14th July, I tried calling them. they are still giving me dates on dates on which they are going to ship my mobile.

Even if my dealer give me repaired/replaced mobile phone i don’t want it. I want my purchased amount which is 35,000 with interest. Because if i accept my mobile & in future if it gives me again any other problem that time i have to again ship my mobile to my dealer means again 2 – 3 months times.. I think i have purchased mobile for my use not to give it to service center again & again.
