Sir, I have IRIS broadband with user name BALENDRA. I logged in to my account and in my control panel, there was a option, click here to recharge online. I have clicked and amount was debited from my account and I received confirmation via SMS stating ” Your debit card number xxxxxxxxxxx was used for online purchase worth Rs. 561 POS:00001062 at SPECTRANET DEL_INDIA. Transaction number # 102630263848
I am calling these people and they are not responding and telling that its my mistake that I chose to pay online. The local operator is taking arrogantly and misbehaving. Every person is giving different number but nobody is providing any solution. Still my broadband subscription is not been activated/renewed. I am feeling humiliated and all my work is pending due to broadband not working.
I want my broadband connection to be renewed for one month or refund of Rs 561 with apology.
