I took the FTH connection from Spectranet services and my main purpose is to do Work from home for my office.They provide a prepaid service where i was supposed to pay upfront to continue my services. I used their services for around 10 months and was paying them ontime. The services became poor and i asked to disconnect my connection and refund for the time I have not used the connection. The company immidiately closed and locked my account and has not released the remaining money back. The company is also not ready to provide me bills and receipts of the payments.
As a consumer I need bills and receipts of the services that I used. Also I need moneyback for the last month that they charged without providing services.
