We purchased 6 bajaj elegance ceiling fan out of which speed of 3 fans is slow, all the fans are covered under warranty for 2yearsso we lodged the complaint on 2/10/2012 at bajaj service centre(harai enterprises located at elphinstone road,mumbai, tel no.022-22938957) they gave us the complain no which is 577377 one of their representative came to our home 7 he noted the warranty details of our 3 fans and told us that some part has to be replaced, but after that we call then several times at thier service centre & customer service(1800222252) but there is no response from their side, we have purchased these fans on 7/9/2012 bill no.052 from metro e-mart. since then nobody is willing to resolve our problem. please ban the products of bajaj company. they are looting public money. waiting for your reply.

The cost of the 3 defect fan is Rs 5220/- whcih is total loss for me and i need compensation for mental harrasment from last 3 months.

I want all 3 fans to be replaced and compensation for mental harrasment from last 3 months
