I sent a parcel from Imphal Head Post Office on 12th January 2015 (Consignment no EE430749990IN). It reached gurgaon on 14th January however the parcel has not been delivered till date. So i lodged an online complain through the india post website on 23rd January (Complaint no 10006080780). However, the complaint was closed today i.e. 24th January saying that the article/parcel was delivered on 23/01/205 13:51:00 by Narshingpur S.O. P.O. For your kind information the parcel was never delivered to my sister (Recepient. M Ibethoi INDOSPAN Marketing services, B20 Infocity, ). While closing the case (Complaint no 10006080780) the delivery information was not given, Its a mystery that the person who received the parcel was not mentioned. Instead of a person Narshingpur PO was given as the recipient. It may also be noted that the delivery pincode is 122002 while that of narshingpur (to my knowledge) is 122004).

Help in delivering the parcel to the recipient. If the parcel is lost then equivalent compensation as deemed fit. Lost a book (Achieving Ethical Competence For Public Service Leadership by Terry L. Cooper ) costing Rs.1568 and (ii) dried foods costing approx. Rs 800 (iii) Shipping charge of Rs. 213
