i had bought spice cell 0n 9th august after 3 months cell was giving me many problems like touch problems and battery problem i gave my cell in customer care in kolkata near parkstreet they took my cell without giving any spair cell for more then 15 days, after 15 days i got the cell but my cell problem was not solved properly then again went to customer care @parkstreet but they were not taking my cell on that day they told me 1 spice warranty sticker rubbed out from the cell but i didn’t do anything with my cell i shouted there @ the end they took my cell again and they told me they will let me know the cell will go in service or not within 7 days . so please do something for me m suffering very badly i bought spice cell in mistake i didnt do anything in cell they did the service in more then 15 days and when i got the cell it was again giving me problem and spice customer service was very vast and unresponsive they dont how to talk with customers so please do help me to do my cell service within 10 days it was also under warranty period but still they are giving problem.

i would like to request you that please do my phone service from spice for free of cost and if not then i want my money back from spice company or any smart spice phone within range 6700/=
