Dear Madam/Sir

I purchased a Spice QD56 model handset a week ago.
The set was supposed to work both on CDMA and GSM network as it was dual sim set,but jst within 72 hrs of my purchase the set stopped responding to the CDMA network and got hanged.
I contacted the local dealer in my area but he refused to attend the complaint.
I have been feeling cheated by the company since then.
Kindly look into the matter and expiate ASAP.pls also take neccessary action against the local dealer
