I have purchased a Spice M4580 Dual sim mobile on 29.11.09 after 10 days it found problem. In Stand by mode Call Log feature is shown, i visited several times in the shop from where it was purchased, finally he received the mobile and send it to Jamshedpur Service Centre, after 7 days he gave me feed back ” Mobile have to be send RANCHI Service Centre” but till the date I am not getting any feed back the seller. As per advertisement of Spice Mobile the handset comes with 1 year warranty, where as 1 month past i am not getting my mobile. So never believe in adv.
