Details is as under. Bill No- Book No- 14 Si No- 657 Dtd. 04.12.2013 Purchase value Rs. 9270/- Purchaser name– Digvijay Singh Purchase Date :- 4th Dec’2013 Contact No- 9878429551 IMEI NO- 911320100060920, Battery NO- CPCC13230007365 Charge No- SYSK05050100CE. Replacement Date:- Not Remember. After Use I found that the 2nd SIM Slot is not working and I show this set to Chandigarh Local Service Center they advise for Replacement from Gorakhpur, Note from Chandigarh. I Spend Aprox. Rs. 2500/- to go Gorakhpur deposit the set and vendor give me 4 days’ time to replace the set, when I go to after 4 days then he again give me time after local body pressure they change the Set of 5th Day. From very first day I am facing battery backup problem it is just giving 1-2 Hr Backup for taking. I am very much mentally & financially frosted from Spice mobile You are requested to kindly refund my Payment with Others expenses, if I not received any reply from your side within 3 days then I will go to consumer form.
