Spice Jet – Forced to cancellation ticket

Sir, I had a flight booked from New Delhi to Milan, Italia on 29th April at via Doha and my Ticket no. is 1575232566024. The ticket was booked through a ticketing agent “Mr. Param” from Chandigarh. The airline staff at service on airport, didn’t allow boarding to me exclaiming me that they have instructions from the Embassy of Italia that if a person with Residence permit of Italy have overstayed in India for a long period he should not be allowed to board. I asked them to show me the letter, they never showed me the same. I had to keep waiting on the airport for around 5 hours as they returned me the ticket mentioning “offloaded” on it. It is foolishness as when I had provided them all documents such as passport and my resident permit at the time of booking than they may have not booked it. On the other hand people are boarding the planes from Amritsar through same airlines under same situations. Moreover when I had discussions with the crew about refund they assured me of returning me the whole amount after deducting nominal cancellation fees. But to my horror they are deducting 85% of the amount of my ticket and returning me only 15% of the amount as quoted by Mr. Param, when its not my mistake.

I want the airlines to refund my whole ticket amount plus my travelling to Delhi and back and they shall make it sure to not book a ticket in such situations.
