My flight from Delhi to Kochi on 24 Aug’13 was scheduled for 05:55 hrs. The same has been changed to 12:00 hrs by SPICEJET. The flight timings have been delayed by more than 6 hours. My Booking Reference is PNR G4ZERS. We are 2 passengers – Chirag Sapra and Tripti Garg. We have purchased the tickets for Rs.10372.80. I have booked tickets on 20 Jul’13 in order to save on costs. It is difficult to change my itinerary therefore causing hardship.They change in flight schedule has disturbed my itinerary. I have written no. of e-mails to SPICEJET to provide me a fair and just alternative solution. I have suggested SPICEJET to provide the following booking in order to restore my original contractual position: Air India, AI-467, 06:00AM, New Delhi T-3, 09:20 AM, Kochi 03h 20m. They did not agree. I have escalated the issue to higher grievance rederessal authorities within SPICEJET and has not received satisfactory response. Their Appellate Authority: Mr. Pradeep Shah has refused to speak with me on the telephone no. 09871803333 provided on their website.
Please ensure an appropriate replacement is provided before 24 Aug’13. The only flight available with near similar timings is mentioned below: Air India, AI-467, 06:00 AM New Delhi T-3, 09:20 AM, Kochi 03h 20m Please ensure SPICEJET provides me the aforesaid replacement without any extra cost before 24 Aug’13 for curing the hardship that has been caused to us.
