This refer to my previous complaint on dtd 24.04.2013 & 01.08.2013 through E.mail to the Company’s Mail ID. I have purchased a “SPICE” QT-53 on dtd 09.02.2013 , having M IMEI 911135605947797 S IMEI 911135606149799 manufacturing on Dec’2012 from Company’s dealer at Lalkua Distt Nainital Uttranchal . Now again I am facing a communication problem regarding incoming voice from last 7-8 days & in some problem in Camera, I am sorry to say that till date no solution has been provided by company’s team. You are therefore, once again requested to please arrange to send replace the same at the earliest .
