I had recently purchased Spice dual SIM handset -Model Mi-496 from authorized dealer “SPICE retail ltd on dated 25 Oct 13. Below defects faced in the handset : 1. Mobile handset gets occasionally “restarted” ( twice in week ) automatically during dialling or receiving calls. 2. suddenly SPICE phone displays ” NO NETWORK CONNECTION” 3. have stopped getting the auto SMS alerts ( like banking alerts, Cab or railway booking alerts) , when we inserted the SIM to another handset all these SMS alerts started coming , looks that there is some SMS setting related problem in the handset model

I would request to get my money to be refunded back as I do not wish to continue to buy the SPICE product
