I have purchased Spice MI 355 IMEI 911132750874975 Bill No 6584/R from Bhatia Comm & Retail (India) Pvt Ltd, Surat on dated 03/10/2012 but I continue facing problem from purchased dated. I have visited your service center and seller but not found any solution. I have done several times factory setting to resolve problems. As per discussion with you regarding mobile problem and you told me to meet Mr. Jitesh M/s Siddhivinayak Telecare, Surat and I have described all the problems and submitted mobile for 15 days but ignored all the issues except display problem but not found any solution and every problems is contained this mobile so I think you should arrange new spice mobile. Current Problem Details -Hanging mobile on continue calls -Hanging several times without any process. -Call received after few seconds even pressing received button. -Calls discontinue even pressing received button. -Ring continues for few seconds even pressing received button. -Several times second SIM (Slave) mobile operator (Reliance) tower single discontinues without any reason. -Sometime both mobile operators (Vodaphone & Reliance) tower single discontinues without any reason. -Batter is running only 7-10 hr in normal uses (no internet other uses.)
