Dear sir, this is to request you that i santosh kumar r/o vikas nagar new delhi 59. Mobile no.9999467816. I have purchase d a mobile set of spice model no.mi518 grey from spicehotspot c – 127 rex optical house , naraina industrial area phase -1 delhi on 21.11.2014. From the day one the touch of the mobile phone was not working properly.i have informed many time to the spice hot spot that the set is not working properly and it should be replaced. But i was told that this touch is new and it will take time for you to learn it operation.
On 2.2.2015 the touch of the mobile phone stopped working i took the set to spice hot spot with my complaint but they gave me the address of service center for repaire. Then i took the set to spice retail limited authorized service center n.d traderes. Wz-66/1a, manohar nagar, out ring r vikas puri extn.new delhi. 110058 for repair. The spice retail limited authorised service center n.d traderes. Wz-66/1a, manohar nagar, out ring r vikas puri extn.new delhi. 110058 kept the set for repair with service request no. 30101456f20001. And told me to contact after 4 days. After 4 days i have called them for the information of my set they gave me the customer care call center no.18602001003 for the enquire of the set. I called at the call center they told me that touch part is not avilable so it will take one week for the repair. After one week i again called them the call center told me that we don’t have the part for repair so it will take one more week for repair.
Today i called at the call center for the information of my set they told me that we still don’t have the damaged part so i will take time. I asked them how much time it will take they told me that we don’t have any information how much time it will take. Them i called spice retail limited authorised service center n.d traderes. Wz-66/1a, manohar nagar, out ring r vikas puri extn.new delhi. 110058. To please give me the information of my set or get it replaced as from 1.2.2015 till 27.02.2015 i am using the above no in my friend hand set and my friend has started requesting me to return the handset . So i requested them to either replace the set or provide me the service hand set for time being. But at my request they started using harsh language and started threating me that we will not replace the set nor we will give you the service set . You call at the call center for the information of the set . I them made humble request to them that i am your custome and its your responsibility to give service to the customer but my request fell on deaf ears. Then they started threating that we cannot coperate with you its not our responsibility and you are free to go any were with your complaint. So finaly i have decided to approch to your goodself with my complaint with the trust that jago garahak jago will help me in solving my despite with the above company. I am conman man with limited earning. Want mobile set to be replaced .as it has manufacturing defect since beginning .
