I had an issue in mobile around 25 oct 2013 and they returned me on 11.11.2013 saying that problem was not found .But when i see the mobile at the service center at ahmedabad the issue was still there and again i gave them back at the same moment. Till now I have not got my mobile after repairing nor I got a new handset or even the amount .Even I called customer care for a date but they are telling they will call and give but till now it snot happened . Need my mobile back asap else provide me a new mobile or provide me back my total amount . already its over a month( 40 days) can i expect it back in ext 2-3 days or max by a week .
