Mobile Store services of the company is very poor and non cooperative nature with customer. Our product is in the period of warranty but the service centre Head Mr Shailendra Soni said PHONE DEAD, PCB LIQUID LOCKED FOUND SO RWR DELIVERED that why mobile is not working so what I do, its very irritating and very irresponsible answer is given. I have purchase a mobile Spice MI-509 Rs 7200/- inclusive of all taxed paid dated 22/08/2014

I just want to repair my phone or new phone given by the company and please do the justice with me, I have not more money to purchase another new phone. I am middle class family member, its my daily uses instrument in office.
