I have purchased the Spice Mobile Mi 437 from Spice Retail Ltd D 354 Main Laxmi Nagar Vikas Marg Delhi 92 with invoice bill 192590794 on 4th Nov 2013 by paying cash Rs 5670/- My Handset is not working sinc e day one I approach to above mentioned company sales point and they guided me approach to service centre for my greivance.and submitted my handset for repair with Service request no 30101482E10010 at Godsons Services dateed 31.12.2013 and they returned my handset after 20 days by saying the battery problem in handset.

Then again I have submitted my handset after 15 days to S.K.Advance Service centre with complaint no 20101097E10377 dated 27.01.2014 they returned the handset to me after 20 days by assuring me now it will work. But within a month the again the handset stop operating and I have to approach to service center N.D.TRADERS AND SUBMITTED MY HANDSET ON 21ST May 2014 with complaint no 3010457E50369 AND 3010457E50443 DATED 25th Jun 2014 but handset is still not repaired and lying at Service centre N.D.Traders.
